Check in and check out was fast and quick. The complementary breakfast fm Mon-Fri starting from 7-10.30am was surprising good, especially the all day usage of the Nespresso machine when we feel like having a cup at night after our dinner. Near 2 convenient store which is good and lots of eatery restaurants nearby too. Found one bakery shop further up the hotel which sells freshly baked buns and bread daily. Even saw Macdonald and Starbuck which is within walking distance in good weather. The washing machine in the room for usage is another plus point and since it’s comes with dryer. The clothings got washed and dried within 3hrs. Great to have excess luggage spaces as we are really on a shopping spree this time round. The lobby staffs are polite but I would like to compliment the long hair lady staff at the morning pantry area. She always greet us with a big smile and take time to explain to us on how to use the Nespresso machine and how to toast our bread. Always on a look out and items are top up immediately. By the way thanks for the wedding anniversary gifts we received fm the hotel. The pairs of chopsticks will come to good use and remind us of the good stay we have at your hotel.

The staff and hotel are AMAZING! The staff are super sweet and we're very helpful to get us cabs or provide us with luggage scales to borrow to check on our airline weight restrictions. They also can speak English if needed but are also patient for those that can speak Japanese kind of. The location is perfect because it is a 5 minute walk to Azabu-Juuban Station. The hotel itself is clean, has a great little cafe downstairs (where they have vinyl listening stations and you can buy vinyls as well, also great donuts and coffee specials), has in-room washer-dryer (note: unlike a lot of washer-dryers in other hotels in Japan, this one actually dries your clothes and doesn't require you to hang it for air drying), has a kitchenette, and spacious rooms. The beds are firm but soft and comfortable. The pillows are soft. They have a bathtub with a button to auto fill it. Every appliance has a QR code with a link to an English manual on how to use it. And the best part - the view! The view from the rooms are all of Tokyo Tower, and I am in love. Gives you all the Sailor Moon neighborhood vibes you were looking for.

The location was perfect for the Metro station, Roppongi Hills, a major supermarket (Nissin), a Lawson's convenience store, and much more. There were lots of taxis who were happy to stop outside if you were in a hurry. The room facilities were excellent - we had a Deluxe Twin apartment on level 2. There was a big balcony, a shower room, fridge, washing machine/drier, stove top, coffee machine and a full supply of china and utensils. Our family opted for a King Bed apartment which was smaller but had a massive bed. They had the same facilities as us but less free space and storage cupboards. The staff were excellent. They all spoke some English and were very willing to assist in any way. The Continental breakfast is free and is an easy way to start the day. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were the best I've ever had in a hotel anywhere. Azabu Juban is a lively area with restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars and 3 good sized supermarkets with an array of non Japanese food, if required. We would stay there again.

Oakwood's stuff was super polite and always ready to help. Very nice place, really close to subway and convenience stores (plus there is a pharmacy nearby and a medical center). Lots of places where you can dine. My room was on a "quiet side" of the building (tho i don't even know, if there are any rooms on the opposite one), meaning my windows faced other buildings and a pretty quiet road. The "opposite side" faces traffic overpass, but i don't think that there are any rooms with that "view". The soundproofing is really good: i had a feeling that neighboring rooms were empty, but i know for a fact that there were people living there. Having such privacy was nice. Thank you very much!

Loved the quiet location... Azabu is a lovely area with a residential feel with lots of small bakeries and restaurants and barbers and grocers. the metro is round the corner. The hotel is wonderful and the rooms are great. Lovely to have a kitchen where we can slice our own fruits...I even made rice in their rice cooker! it's great to stay here away from the hustle and bustle... it was nice to have an informal breakfast buffet where our kids felt comfortable to go and get bf on their own Nothing fancy here but just what you need for a family stay. Thank you Oakwood for your hospitality and cleanliness.
